Sr. Quality Assurance Lead - OGL97
Reports to company headquarters in Irving, TX. Work as TDM Lead, and manage project data by Data Manufacturing: the creation of data in test environments, manufacturing data for the complete end to end testing, data setup, data analysis, and data cloning for various scrum teams. Masking: Data creation, masking of sensitive fields, and loading of masked data to non-production environments. Monitoring data request status through various tools, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions, Virtualized the services which are not available so that system can continue their testing without any lapse in time. Implementing multiple use cases on Synthetic Data generation, Data Masking of PII Data (SSN, Phone Number, Names, and Address), Data Subsetting (Filter Data based on certain criteria). Work as Business system Analyst and Test Manager and Interact with the client on requirements, documenting the gap analysis, coordinating the work with the offshore team and establishing onsite-offshore communications. Lead projects using Applications Management competency and Project Management competency skills to take ideas from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Advise and implement Change Management wherever needed. Lead a team of consultants and guide them for the deliverables in Implementation and Support. Ensure Reusability of existing assets for cost reduction & improved efficiency. Design, develop and support several interfaces for secure migration of data between systems and external partners using secure file transfer (SFTP) and middleware technologies such as KAFKA. Review existing business processes and provide technical consultancy for the enhancements needed as per new Business requirements. Suggest new business process models. Simplify and improve the existing business processes. Manage project requirements and convert them into user stories in Jira (Project Management Tool). Involved in Sprint Planning, Story elaborations, and work estimation for the effort required for each task during the agile process. Capture reporting requirements for the BI tool associated with the new claims system and closely work with change managers to work out training needs, impact areas, and technical instructions. Facilitate processes and discussions for UI design for application architecture design, application implementation and deployment, and functional, performance, and User Acceptance Testing. Perform requirements review, design review, test case reviews, and test results reviews and organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly, etc.) to the Client. Work as QA Manager and always ensure any new software integration into existing application meets functional requirements, system compliance, and other specifications. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, SMEs, and business users. Conduct meetings with Subject Matter experts, business users, and identified third parties, to discuss daily Testing status, Risks & Mitigation plan, update the Requirement Traceability between Stake Holder Requirements (HLBR), Features (FEAT), Supplemental Requirements (SUPPL), Use Cases and Test Cases. Perform and guide exhaustive Unit, Integrations testing, User Acceptance testing, and maintain the detailed project and process documentation. Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/Requirement artifacts, User Manuals are documented and maintained, ensuring of all documents follow SOX and CMMI Level 5 standards.. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related, and Six (6) years of experience in Information Technology, or related. Six (6) years of required Information Technology or related experience must include: SQL queries; Java Script; Business process Modelling; Automation frameworks; Agile Development Process; and QA/Testing tools and technologies.
Reports to company headquarters in Irving TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.
