Programmer Analyst - OGL95

Reports to company headquarters in Irving, TX. Providing end to end ownership of all aspects of successful project delivery of Moodys HR and Finance Projects such as: SuccessFactors, Compensation, Time Off, Reporting, and Mobility Testing, WebCenter, and Finance Transformation Projects. Developing and reviewing the QA Test Strategy and QA Test Plan for various SuccessFactors Projects, enhancement, and maintenance work. Identifying Integration Testing needs for 40+ complex Integrations and providing necessary test data for perform the test. Working with cross-functional teams such as HRIS, HRConnect, Compensation, Payroll, and Reporting teams which are integrated within SuccessFactors to understand the integration needs and get it implemented. Preparing and Tracking the Testing timelines using Microsoft Project Plan. Participating in requirement analysis sessions and provide feedbacks on requirement completeness. Reviewing of test cases, Planning the test execution cycles and allocating tasks to offshore team members. Performing the Impact Analysis by following technical design document for Testing. Utilizing expertise in Functional, System, Security, Regression, Reports, Web Services and Back-end testing to validate the complex Business logic. Responsible for Completeness and Accuracy testing (C&A) for SOX Projects. Utilizing expertise in ETL testing for Initial, Incremental and real-time data loads using the Dell Boomi Tool. Creating, maintaining and enhancing Automation regression suite in Selenium. Close collaboration with Business Users, Developer and Project Manager to Co-ordinate Daily status and review meetings. Generating QA status report with defect and test execution matrix. Sharing knowledge with Users for executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participating in weekly review meetings and GO/NO-GO meetings. Responsible for creating daily and weekly QA dashboard and provide status report to project team & higher management. Documenting, implementing, monitoring and enforcing all processes and procedures for testing is established as per standards defined by the organization. Setting-up and training new QA team members at offshore on Moody’s applications along with domain knowledge. Managing and overseeing QA and Integration Testing Environment, responsible for managing all the environment needs for projects. Gathering information at the kickoff meetings of strategic projects lead by other towers and socializing the team about upcoming key milestones and changes. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related, and Ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology or related. Ten (10) years of required IT or related experience must include: Four (4) years of experience in Integration testing for HR Systems along with QA automation experience using Selenium tool. Experience must also include: Selenium Automation; Manual Testing, and Mobility Testing; SQL developer, and DB2; ETL Testing, and Data Warehousing; Groovy Scripting -Dell Boomi; Defect Management Tools: JIRA, Service Now, MKS Integrity, APPM, and IBM Clear Quest; C, C++, and Java; Visual Basics, Visual Studio, and Snagit; and Microsoft Visio.

Reports to company headquarters in Irving TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.
