The New Graduate Program begins with an extensive paid technical training program for new graduates designed to supplement the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in college.

The focus of our training program is to deliver essential technical skills that will help new graduates learn skills that will form the bedrock of their new role. For Software Engineers, this includes expertise in Java, .NET, SAP HANA, Ab Initio, Duck Creek, Testing and Mainframe technologies. For Business Analysts, the training focuses on the software development lifecycle, requirements, process and scope of projects.

This robust, multi-week, training is designed to help prepare new graduates to kickstart a successful career as part of a consulting team at one of our many client locations in the U.S. After training, new graduates will join our experienced teams and begin delivering quality projects in a challenging and exciting IT environment, while deploying their newly learned skills and providing a fresh perspective.

    Depending upon the technology you will be assigned to, typically anywhere from 2-8 weeks.

  • Where will be the training be held?

    Depending upon the technology you will be assigned to, you will be asked to travel to our development center in Phoenix or Nashville. Some training is conducted remotely.
