ATOS SYNTEL – U.S. NEW GRADUATE PROGRAM

The New Graduate Program begins with an extensive paid technical training program for new graduates designed to supplement the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in college.

The focus of our training program is to deliver essential technical skills that will help new graduates learn skills that will form the bedrock of their new role. For Software Engineers, this includes expertise in Java, .NET, SAP HANA, Ab Initio, Duck Creek, Testing and Mainframe technologies. For Business Analysts, the training focuses on the software development lifecycle, requirements, process and scope of projects.

This robust, multi-week, training is designed to help prepare new graduates to kickstart a successful career as part of a consulting team at one of our many client locations in the U.S. After training, new graduates will join our experienced teams and begin delivering quality projects in a challenging and exciting IT environment, while deploying their newly learned skills and providing a fresh perspective.

  • What are the minimum requirements for a position?

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 3.0 or higher Cumulative GPA
    • Excellent verbal communication and written, with active listening and summarization skills
    • Knowledge and experience in gathering data for requirements and use case development
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Must have the ability to relocate anywhere in the United States based on project requirements

  • Will Atos Syntel sponsor visas in the future?

    No, at this stage we will not be sponsoring any visas for these positions.

  • What are the locations that Atos Syntel hires?

    For an updated list of available job locations, please view our website. However, we require candidates that are willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for a project.

  • What are the technologies that I will work with?

    Our recruitment department will assign you a skill, based on your interview and job location. We will train you in desired technologies from a wide range including Java, .NET, AI, Digital Technologies, Data Analytics, etc.

  • How long is the training?

    Depending upon the technology you will be assigned to, typically anywhere from 2-8 weeks.

  • Where will be the training be held?

    Depending upon the technology you will be assigned to, you will be asked to travel to our development center in Phoenix or Nashville. Some training is conducted remotely.

  • Will I be paid during training?

    Yes

  • How do I know whether my application has been received?

    You will receive a submission pop-up after you click the submit button. This will ensure that your profile has been successfully uploaded.

  • What should be the format of the resume to be attached?

    The resume attached should be either in .doc or pdf format.

  • How is my application evaluated?

    We evaluate the qualifications of applicants and compare them with the requirements of the job, with the goal of finding the most suitable candidate.

  • How will I know if I am selected to participate in the interview process?
