Syntel was established in 1980 as a provider of software services. Atos was founded in 1997 following a merger of the French IT services companies Axime and Sligos.

In 2018 Syntel joined forces with Atos to form Atos Syntel, uniting Atos’s scale, market presence and deep capabilities with Syntel’s industry focus, global delivery model, and core and digital services.

The “Apply” button below each job posting takes you through the application process and you will be asked to fill in your personal contact details, qualification and work experience. You will also be requested to attach your CV or resume.

Primary skills is the set of domain expertise and competencies which are mandatorily required for a particular job.

You will receive a submission pop up once you click the "Submit" button. This will ensure that your profile has been successfully uploaded.

The resume attached should be either in Microsoft Word (.DOC) or PDF format.

We consider the qualifications of every applicant and match your skillsets with the job description and job specifications posted on the website.

If your skills and experience level are aligned with the requirements of the position, your resume and application will be reviewed and considered. If you are selected to proceed in the process, you will be contacted through mail by the Atos Syntel Recruitment Team.

College Campus

Colleges are selected based on the hiring outcome in terms of quality and performance that we have had in the past. New cities and new colleges are added to the campus hiring pool based on criteria such as NBA/NAAC accreditation / ratings, infrastructure, and merit.  

Colleges selected for Syntellect will receive an email with the college registration link through our vendor partner(s). Upon filling the details in the form available at the link, a unique registration number will be generated for every successfully registered college.

Placement officers at registered colleges will receive a candidate registration link provided by our vendor partner at a later stage. Placement officers must then circulate this registration link to eligible students at their college. Students wishing to register must fill up and submit the registration form at the link provided. 

The eligibility criteria is mentioned in the respective registration forms for reference.

College authorities need to ensure final year students are informed well in advance about the recruitment drive and 25-30 volunteer coordinator(s) as well as respective placement cells are available for active support.  
Colleges must also ensure to meet the following infrastructural needs:
System Requirements:

  • Minimum internet bandwidth 10 Mbps and a dedicated internet speed of 1 Mbps
  • ISP back-up plan
  • Computer labs – preferably on one floor – with a capacity of 250-300 systems with internet access 

Infrastructure and Arrangements:

  • Open functional canteen with drinking water
  • Adequate arrangements for the proctors and the representatives from Atos Syntel or other authorized representatives of Atos Syntel, TPOs from other colleges to coach their students 
  • Large seminar hall, 1 conference room, projector with a screen and audio, 15-20 classrooms for Interviews, power back¬up facility 
  • Comfortable place/lobby/waiting area for guardians and candidates 

Further detailed specifications will be communicated by the campus recruitment team directly to the host / hub college upon finalization of venue.
 

College Student

 Our selection process is as follows:

1)    Online Aptitude test: 

  • Consists of 30 questions each on Verbal Ability, Analytical Ability and Numerical Reasoning 
  • Time Limit: 60 minutes; No negative marking
  • Only candidates shortlisted in the online test would be scheduled for interview process.

2)    Hackathon:  Hackathon is primarily distributed across 2 sections:
            a)    Technical ability MCQ test (individual-based): 
25 questions on Programming ability; Database; Software engineering - 25 mins.
           b)    Hackathon:90 minutes
Group based assessment activity

3)    HR interview
 

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • B.E Mix
  • 2017 Full time graduates: ONLY from recognized universities
  • B.E / B.Tech: Computer science / IT, MCA (Computer Application)
  • B.Sc. Mix
  • 2017 Full time graduates: ONLY from recognized universities
  • B.Sc. / BCA / BCS: Computer Science, Computer Application, Mathematics, IT, Statistics
  • Diploma: Computers, IT
  • B.Com: IT
  • M.Sc.: Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, M.A Eco.
  • Aggregate % - All Semesters: Minimum of 60% in SSC (X), HSC (XII), Graduation (UG) and Post- Graduation (PG)
  • Backlog: There should be no current backlog(s)
  • Education Break: Maximum of 1 year break in education is allowed (from SSC to Highest Degree)

It is not possible to change the date of the online test / interview. Additionally, we may not be able to provide candidates with a future date if you fail to join on the date provided.

Candidates are requested to send an email to campushelpdesk@syntelinc.com mentioning their previous and new email ID. The request for change shall only be accepted once.

The placement officers of registered colleges will receive a candidate registration link at a later stage through the vendor partner. Placement officers will need to circulate the registration link to eligible students at their college, and students wishing to register must fill up the registration form at the candidate link provided.

Parents and/or guardians may accompany candidates only as far as the designated waiting area at the test / interview venue. Once the online aptitude test / interview process begins, candidates will not be allowed to meet or contact any outsiders.
