Role Description

  • Facilitate the migration of new processes and play a key part in identifying synergies for improvement in various processes.
  • Responsible for managing existing processes, in addition to new migrations/ re-migrations that are planned through the year.
  • Focus on analysing errors that lead to financial claims.
  • Set up controls to avoid recurrence.
  • Ensure BU issues/ escalations are addressed promptly and within reasonable timeline.
  • Drive automation project to strengthen processes, reduce errors, improve productivity and reduce processes that are currently supported manually.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure risk mitigation.
  • Ensure implementation of audit recommendations within stipulated timelines
  • Significant complexities/ risk and engagement with BU and external market/ client. New funds/ activities are being on boarded in 4SPL, with expectation with BAU delivery from Day1.
