Role Description

  • Creating dashboards and monitoring performance of the Hyper care clients across verticals.
  • Mapping of key hand offs between verticals and identifying process simplification opportunities for each client.
  • Analyzing the process flow end to end to identify linkages and gaps between verticals for each client, and provide such detail to Client Projects Team for process improvement.
  • Recommend process standardization across clients.
  • Develop deep insights about each client that they are responsible for and provide them to senior leaders.
  • Develop and publish client wise weekly reports.
  • Client Service Managers help ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported.
  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.
  • Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required.
