Responsible for enterprise wide projects in partnership.
Project scope includes – business transformation, Automation and Digitization, Process simplification, COE creation and standardization, Customer Experience Enhancement, Service Delivery improvements etc.
Focus on projects that enable ‘value addition’ for State Street – productivity, KPI/ KRO improvements, cost optimization, service delivery improvement etc.
Responsible for the client based projects, end to end, taking ownership from defining the problem to executing on action plans, including setting control standards for future monitoring.
Create and maintain PMO Tools, Templates & documentation.
Perform project coordination activities on higher risk projects working with Senior project managers.
Quality documentation, project management and architecture standards are followed.
Ability to identify and analyse problems and propose effective corrective solutions to meet term business, financial and/or system requirements.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on operational and/or project objectives to tight deadlines and high expectations.
Ability to handle multiple in-flight projects and deliver within given timeframes.
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Business process re-engineering experience, root causing, leading efforts to define creative business solutions.
Ability to understand, articulate business requirements documents (BRD) and create project overview presentations.
Experience coordinating across multiple projects, teams and vendors.
Experience performing large scale data analytics and ability to present the data themes and interpretations.
Attentive to details, strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Should be good with Dashboards, PPT Presentation, Lean Methodologies etc.
